Shipping Policy

  • Digital Delivery Only: All our software products and services are delivered digitally. There is no physical shipping involved.
  • Delivery Timeframe: Upon successful payment and onboarding, access credentials or deliverables are shared via email or through a secure client portal. Delivery timelines vary depending on the scope of the service or product.
  • Communication: Clients will receive communication and updates regarding the delivery schedule via registered email.
  • No Shipping Charges: Since all our products are digitally delivered, no shipping fees are applicable.

Exchange Policy

  • Digital Nature of Products: Due to the custom and digital nature of our software solutions and services, product exchanges are not applicable.
  • Service Corrections: If there is any issue or error in the delivered software or service (such as bugs, incorrect deployment, or incomplete delivery), the client must report it within 5 business days. Our team will resolve the issue or provide the necessary corrections at no additional cost if the issue is due to our error.
  • Non-transferable: Software licenses and access credentials are non-transferable and linked to the original client or company account.
  • Important: Report any issues within 5 business days of delivery to ensure prompt resolution at no additional cost.
