Clear guidelines for cancellations and refunds

1 Cancellation Policy

  • Customers may request cancellation of a software service, subscription, or project within 7 days of purchase or agreement, provided that development work has not commenced or services have not been delivered.
  • For subscription-based services, cancellation requests made after the billing cycle has started will not be eligible for a refund.
  • For custom software development projects, cancellation requests will only be considered if the request is made before project initiation or significant resource allocation.
  • All cancellation requests must be sent in writing to contact@innoverinfotech.com and will be confirmed within 3 business days.
  • Important: Cancellation requests must be made within 7 days and before work commences to be eligible.

2 Refund Policy

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Custom software development charges (if the work has started)
  • Consultation, analysis, or assessment fees
  • Any third-party tools, APIs, licenses purchased on behalf of the client

Refund Eligibility:

  • If a client cancels a service before work begins, a 100% refund will be issued (excluding transaction fees).
  • If a client cancels during an early development stage (and less than 20% of work is completed), a partial refund may be considered after deduction of actual work and resource costs.
  • For subscription services, if cancellation is made within 7 days of activation and no major use or download has occurred, a pro-rated refund may be issued.
  • Pro-tip: Cancel before work begins to qualify for a full refund (minus transaction fees).

3 Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days via the original payment method.
  • Innover Infotech reserves the right to deny refund requests if the policy terms are violated or if work has been completed/delivered as agreed.
  • Processing Time: Allow 7-10 business days for approved refunds to reflect in your account.
